We are now talking to operators who want to bring that to their own market. If you know your city, intend to be hands-on, and care about what comes out of the kitchen, we would like to hear from you.
The model runs on a buffet line that keeps guests coming back, with takeout, delivery and catering layered on top. The recipes, prep methods and supplier lists already exist and already work — you are not writing them from scratch.
Questions before you enquire
What experience do I need?
Restaurant ownership or management experience helps a great deal, but it is not the only route in. What matters is that you know your local market, that you intend to be involved in running the restaurant rather than backing it from a distance, and that you care about the food.
Which markets are you looking at?
We are established across Texas and are open to conversations about new markets. Tell us the city you have in mind on the form and we will let you know honestly whether it fits our plans.
What does it cost to open one?
Investment figures, fees and ongoing royalties are set out formally in our franchise disclosure documents, which we share with candidates after an introductory call. We would rather walk you through the numbers properly than put a headline figure on a web page.
What support do you provide?
Help assessing sites and trade areas, layout and equipment guidance, supplier introductions, hands-on training in one of our kitchens, and recipe and prep manuals that are kept up to date. After opening you get marketing artwork, menu guidance and a named contact who knows your store.
How long does it take to open?
It depends almost entirely on the site. Securing premises and getting through permits and build-out is usually the longest part, and it varies by city. We will give you a realistic timeline once we know the location you are working with.
What happens after I enquire?
Your enquiry comes straight to us. If your market and background look like a fit, we will arrange an introductory call, then invite you to spend a day in one of our restaurants and meet the team behind the kitchen.
