Ehab Mediterranean Buffet is growing across Texas, and the kitchen only works because of the people in it. Most of our supervisors started on the line, and the chef whose name is over the door is still in the building.

You will be working with fresh ingredients every day, on a line that serves families from open to close. It is busy, it is hands-on, and there is always someone to learn from.

Questions before you apply

Do I need restaurant experience?

Not for every role. Kitchen and floor experience helps, but we hire people who are reliable, quick to learn and good with guests, and we train on the job. Tell us honestly what you have done and we will work out where you fit.

Do I have to send a resume?

No. A resume is helpful but the form works fine without one. If you do not have one ready, use the experience box to tell us where you have worked and what you are good at.

Which locations are you hiring for?

We hire across our Texas restaurants. Choose your preferred location on the form and we will match you with the closest opening.

Do you offer full-time and part-time?

Both. Say which suits you on the form, along with the days and times you can work, and we will be straight with you about what is available.

How old do I need to be?

You need to be 18 or over, and legally authorised to work in the United States.

What happens after I apply?

Your application comes straight to our team. If your experience looks like a good match we will call you to arrange a conversation, usually at the restaurant.
