Catering
We bring the buffet to your event, from a working lunch for a dozen people to a hall full of guests. Everything is cooked fresh in our own kitchens and arrives hot, ready to serve at the time you asked for.
Tell us your headcount and your budget and we will build the trays around it — mezze and dips, salads, rice, plates from the grill, breads and dessert.
Our own catering vans handle delivery, so your food never sits in someone else’s car. We cater office lunches, conferences, birthdays, graduations, weddings, holiday gatherings, school events and memorials.
Common questions
How much notice do you need?
The sooner the better, particularly for large events and weekends. Call us with your date and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
How much food should I order?
For a sit-down meal, count one full portion per adult and add ten percent. For a standing event where people graze, three quarters of a portion per adult but with more variety. Tell us the headcount and we will build the order for you.
Do you deliver, and how far?
Yes, in our own vans. We cater across the Austin and Dallas areas. Tell us where your event is and we will confirm.
Can you handle vegetarian, vegan and dietary needs?
Yes. Mediterranean food handles this better than most cuisines. Tell us up front so the balance of the order is right rather than leaving those guests eating only salad.
