The man behind the kitchen

The story behind Ehab Mediterranean Buffet starts with Chef Ehab, who brings over 37 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Originally from Irbid, Jordan, his roots are deeply connected to authentic Jordanian cuisine and the flavors that shaped his journey.

In 1989, he moved to the United States, carrying his passion and knowledge with him. Over the years, he expanded into a range of international cuisines, while keeping Mediterranean flavors at the core of his work.

Ehab Mediterranean Buffet is a reflection of that journey—built on experience, consistency, and respect for traditional flavors. Every dish is rooted in authenticity, with a touch that connects to today’s taste, offering guests a place to enjoy real, honest Mediterranean food made with care.

Ehab Mediterranean Buffet begins with Chef Ehab and more than 37 years spent in kitchens. He grew up in Irbid, in northern Jordan, and came to the United States in 1989 carrying that cooking with him.
